Berylex is a product that Monolithic has been using for a number of years. It is easy to use, and has a lot of advantages that make it a must have when doing exterior concrete.

The main advantages include:

• Prevents leaching.
• Reduces shrinkage cracking
• Works as a pumping aid
• Prevents effervescing, which is caused by exterior moisture changes
• Easy to use

We use Berylex in every application where the concrete will be exposed to the elements. Its moisture resistant properties keep it from leaching. Berylex is used in Monolithic’s Chain Shell Coating, the Monolithic Concrete Fence, ect.

Mixing Ratio: 5 gallons to 20 yards of shotcrete
