Anne Sutherland, Monolithic’s Events Coordinator, has set the dates and place for our 14th Monolithic Dome Conference: March 7th and 8th, 2008 at the Wyndham DFW Airport North, 4441 John Carpenter Freeway (same as Highway 114 at Esters Road), Irving, TX 75063.

As for events, Anne said, “On Friday (Mar. 7), we will have a busy, interesting agenda of speakers and seminars, that will include David B. South, Larry Byrne, Gary Clark and Andrew South as well as others. Those meetings will be followed by a scrumptious banquet dinner with David B. South as the keynote speaker.

“Saturday,” Anne continued, “is always a fun-filled event with tours at the Avalon ISD Gym, and the Italy ISD Gym near our Italy, Texas headquarters. We will have a bus, so you may travel with us or follow our bus in your own car.”

The tour will include several Monolithic Dome homes; our office; our Airform factory inside Bruco the Caterpillar; a walk into an inflated dome through its airlock; and—weather permitting—a demonstration of building a concrete fence by our expert crew.
