Io-24 is a 24' x 9' on a 3 ft stemwall. This is a building we have built several of. They make a nice rental unit. They are a very good unit for cost and simplicity. You will notice there is almost no hall, no real wasted space. This is a very "tight" building. This building is great for 1 or 2 people. The bedroom separate from the great room gives it privacy. Yet the dome is small enough it can be built relatively inexpensively. What a great building for a senior.
